For the past few years, I have worked with the Flavel Theatre in Dartmouth on their marketing material for the annual comedy festival. This year, we created a slightly larger leaflet, to give each act a page of it’s own, as well as the posters and newer updated logo.
I kept the logo the same as before, updated with the numbers and dates… I then used the branding and the information and pictures supplied from each act to design the leaflet, with a page for each act.
Finally I used the pink and yellow boxes, the typewriter typeface and the imagery to design the posters:
Using the branding, the colours, the logo, the blocks of text and the typewriter typeface, I managed to maintain consistency throughout the marketing, despite having different styles of imagery for each act, and whilst making sure each listing and poster for each act does not look the same.
